The Northern Wasco County People’s Utility District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Human Resources Management Software (HRMS) and Implementation Services. HRMS software includes functionality to support the Human Resources Department across the District.

The District is seeking to obtain proposals from experienced and qualified Vendors that can provide HRMS software and services that satisfy all of the District’s functional and technical requirements. The preferred Vendor shall have experience in successfully implementing the proposed solutions at public entities and electric utility Districts of a similar size and scope of services.
