The City of Lake Oswego invites submission of proposals to provide the design, installation, maintenance and hand watering of Summer and Winter annual flower beds, planter pots and City Right-of-Way sites.

In Person. To obtain the full Request for Proposal in person, see the front desk at the Public Works Department, 17601 Pilkington Road, Lake Oswego, OR 97035 between the hours of 7:30am and 3:00pm Monday through Friday.

All Proposals are due by 10:00AM on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.
