Description:

The property is located within the city limits of the City of Veneta at the SW corner of the intersection of 7 th Street and Hunter Avenue.   Public water, sewer and storm drainage are available along the street frontage.  There are no mapped wetlands or flood hazard areas on the property.

The City will hold a closed bid process to dispose of the above-mentioned surplus property. The minimum acceptable bid will be $50,000. Any bids below the minimum will not be considered. The property will be available for inspection and the City will accept bids to purchase the surplus property until 5:00 pm on February 23, 2024. The City Council will hold a Public Hearing to determine who the property will be sold to on March 11, 2024. The chosen bidder will then work with City staff to enter into a purchase and sale agreement to finalize the purchase.
