Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Wind/Rain/Element/Soil Sensors from Campbell Scientific Inc. as a sole source because of its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment.. Campbell Scientific equipment is currently employed in the field and utilizing proprietary software that requires integration. The addition to the array or replacement of current equipment must be compatible and Campbell Scientific is the sole manufacturer and distributor of that compatible equipment and proprietary software. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
