Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of new console and associated components for Bruker NMR spectrometer from Bruker as a sole source because of its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment and the contractor being the single provider of the goods and services. The existing Bruker NMR spectrometer is being upgraded to add solid state NMR capabilities. The upgrade must be compatible with current equipment and Bruker is the sole manufacturer and distributer of the upgrades. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
