Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Disability Access Services from EdPros as a sole source because of the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters or timeframes to support research and/or business needs of the university and the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services. Oregon State University is requiring the services of a temporary agency due to an increase in requests for disability accommodations. Agency should provide expertise and knowledge to assist with student orientations, meetings and housing accommodations in higher education to prevent work backlog. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
