Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a security co-pilot program from Microsoft as a sole source due to the nature of the co-pilot program and limited participation in. This sole source is based on the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services in addition to the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
