Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of servicing for the Coastal Wire Following Profiler from McLane Research Labs as a sole source because of the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services.. McLane is the manufacturer of the profiler that was selected through a competitive process at the beginning of the project. The profiler requires annual servicing to maintain performance. McLane, being the manufacturer, is the only company that may service the instruments. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
