Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a M450 metal printing machine with a phase 2 Tormach/Meltio software development program from Meltio/On Additive as a sole source based on the uniqueness of goods and services required, compatibility requirements of existing equipment, and contractor being the only one able to meet critical parameters or timeframes to support research or business needs of the university. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
