Oregon State University intends to contract for a provider of a help and crisis line for suicide prevention in agriculture, forestry, fishing and hunting from AgriSafe Network as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the services and based on the supplier being the single provider of the services. The provider must have an understanding of state-specific contexts in agricultural stress topics, be available 24/7 by call or text and be available in multiple languages. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
