Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of multispectroal (4-band) orthoimagery over the OSU Research Forests as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the services and the contractor being the single provider of the services. Imagery must be collected with a large format digital camera in 4 bands (Red, Green, Blue, NIR) with ≥ 60% along-track overlap, and ≥ 40% side overlap. Flight parameters will be adjusted to collect imagery with a native pixel size (ground sample distance) of 3 inches (pacs@oregonstate.edu by 04/04/2024 at 2:30pm PST.
