Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of annual full service plans for Vitek MS MALDI-tof and MYLA (FSA) data base access from Biomerieux as a sole source because the contractor is the single provider of the goods and/or services. The equipment, software and database are proprietary to Biomerieux and no other entity can maintain the equipment, software or database. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
