Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a Bookeye Book Scanner and accessories from Image Access, inc., Dba Digital Library Systems Group as a sole source because of its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment and the supplier being the single provider of the goods and/or services. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
