Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Sea-to-shore telemetry services from MetOcean Telematics as a sole source because MetOcean provides telemetry services that are tailored to the needs of the oceanographic market. This sole source is based on the contractor being the single provider of the services. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
