Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a subscription to purchase power from a regional solar electric facility and receive credit under the Oregon Community Solar Program from Oregon Shines as a sole source because Oregon Shines is the only broker providing services to Pacific Power and is accepting new subscribers that meets OSU's minimum capacity. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
