Oregon State University intends to contract for a provider of the Public Voices Fellowship program from The OpEd Project as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the services and based on the supplier being the single provider of the services. The provider must offer a cohort-based fellowship experience with a focus on public scholarship, particularly from a broader set of scholars, and open to academic faculty in all disciplines, units, and colleges. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
