Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of lease of four fiber strands between Research Way Lab Building and Vault near Trail Building on the OSU Corvallis Campus from PEAK Internet as a sole source because of the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. PEAK Internet is the only supplier owning fiber cable between the indicated locations and, therefore, the only supplier who can meet the need. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
