Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Mobile library shelving and labor to install it at the Research Way Building as a sole source because the supplier offers the only shelving compatible with the existing mobile storage system and based on the supplier being the only authorized supplier for the required goods and services. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
