Experience with field data collection tools such as OpenDataKit, Kobotoolbox Server, and excellent field data management and preservation skills. Access to various means of transport to traverse entire study area including ferries, boats, cars, and motorcycles with appropriate licenses/approvals. Experience submitting requests for permission to collect data in refugee settlements with the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
