Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of upgrades and maintenance to the MagIC database from Cogense Inc. as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services and the contractor being the single provider of the goods and/or services. Cogense developed, implemented and maintained the cyberinfrastructure for the MagIC components. Cogense will be integrating the MagIC data repository with an interface that has been designed by Cogense. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
