Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of data center services from Cascade Divide Partners, LLC, as a sole source due to compatibility reasons and continuity of existing services. This sole source is based on the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters to support research needs of the university. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
