Details
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a custom built harvester from US Small Farm Equipment Company as a sole source because of the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters to support research and/or business needs of the university. The harvester needs to be custom built to the match the two-row planting schematic for the research and have a rear discharge to lay potatoes back onto the soil surface. The contractor must also be able to make custom design modifications to improve performance of the old prototype-design based on the specific needs of the department. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
