Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of development, implementation and deployment of software for a new revision of the Quori robot from Semio Inc as a sole source because the contractor is the single provider of the goods and/or services and on its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment. Semio Inc developed the current version of the software for the Quori robot. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
