Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of discussion board software to facilitate student discussion from Ed LMS Pty Ltd as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services. Software must be compatible with Canvas and integrate to automatically enroll students, be FERPA compliant, facilitate programming discussion by allowing the posting of code samples that can be run so that students can demonstrate issue with programming assignments, guided question formatting, instructor tools to moderate discussions, have a flat discussion board hierarchy, and have an organizational system to categorize questions. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
