Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of an Ultrasonic Atomizer from Amazemet as a sole source to ensure consistent output/data amongst OSU partners working on a joint research project. This sole source is not solely based on the uniqueness of the product, but on its ability to meet compatibility requirements of existing equipment. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
