Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supervision for a citywide sewer collection system rehabilitation and inflow and infiltration reduction project. Efforts shall include several types of non-excavation rehabilitation, environmentally friendly techniques to obtain a I/I reduction goal of 75% from current peak wet weather flows. The work will include grouting, rehabilitation and repair techniques including; UV cured CIPP lining, chemical point repair grouting,T-liner or Top Hat main to lateral connections, manhole rehabilitation using approved coating/lining products, chimney and rubber seal installations, manhole lid plugs, and post rehabilitation CCTV inspection for effectiveness and warrantee. Minor excavation for 3 lateral/main connections will be required under archaeological monitoring supervision. Provide bypass pumping as required. The rehabilitation efforts are time sensitive and must be completed before rainy season 2023. CCTV post inspect shall occur after a substantial rain event late 2023 or early 2024. Condition reports and CCTV video shall be available for review. Mapping and rehab evaluation GIS shape files are available as well as condition assessment rating sheets for sewer mains, laterals and manholes.
