The Belt Park Greenway Trail project involves preliminary design through Plans, Specifications, and Estimates for the City of Hermiston. The Project shall construct an approximately 2,800 foot- trail along right-of-way owned by the City. The trail must be constructed to meet the standards of the Oregon Bike and Pedestrian Plan, including a ten-foot paved trail width with two-foot wide shoulders.
