The Washington County Sheriffs Office Jail Division is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from interested and qualified vendors (Proposers) for a Contract with an organization that can provide Jail Mentor Services to qualified Adults in Custody (AIC) within the Washington County Jail. The potential vendor will enable successful AIC reintegration into the community upon release from incarceration from the Washington County Jail. The Jail Mentor Services Program must include assessment of each participant, case management, and placement and/or referral into transitional services.
