This solicitation is for the construction of two (2) sets of four wells. One referred to as East Side A - In the Walla Walla Basin and the other is referred o as the Umatilla County Shop located in Umatilla. these two projects are described below:
The goals of the East Side Observation Well Project are to:
- Complete four (4) observation wells at different depths at a single location in the Walla Walla Sub-Basin (WWSB)
- Collect representative cuttings from the boreholes to define site geologic stratigraphy.
- Conduct borehole flow tests periodically during drilling.
- Complete observation wells in discrete aquifer zones for the purpose of long-term water level monitoring.
The goals of the Umatilla county shop observation well installation project are to:
- Collect representative cuttings from the boreholes to define site stratigraphy
- Conduct borehole flow tests during drilling
- Complete up to 4 observation wells for the purpose of long-term water level monitoring
