ODFW is seeking a Contractor to provide an helicopter with an experienced pilot and fuel truck with driver as needed to fly ODFW personnel out of Baker City, and LaGrande airports. Along with re-fueling operations in remote areas. In order for ODFW to conduct random methodology to estimate mule deer populations. ODFW anticipates needing 50 flight hours with flights averaging 7.5 hours.
