i. on-site (virtual as needed) and hands-on Knowledge Transfer and support for the Office of Information Services (OIS) team responsible for developing a formal service offering of Rhapsody across PHD as well as internally maintaining the hardware and software.
ii. assessment of the current architecture and configuration of Rhapsody to ensure the health, performance and up-time/availability, and maintenance of Rhapsody across PHD and as its use expands
iii. consulting on how best to improve the utilization and efficiency of Rhapsody across teams and programs. The benefits of increasing utilization of Rhapsody across public health include expanded systems' interoperability, reducing manual or outdated processes for data cleansing or transforming, and enhancing data exchange between internal and external data partners.
