ODOT is conducting an open house to provide information for the upcoming Kellogg Creek dam restoration (Clackamas County) project located in Milwaukie, OR. ODOT anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals for design services in spring of 2024. The services may include environmental, planning, engineering, and technical services for the design and construction of the project.
