This Sole Source justification applies to the purchase of a DLX ASAP Hub Shelter System, ASAP 18 Shelter Components and DLX Equipment.
During two declared natural disasters in 2022, the Agency purchased DLX EAP Kits in order to perform the Agency's Emergency Support Function 6 and State Recovery Function 4 roles to Oregonians. With this purchase Agency intends to build and expand their EAP Kits as warming, cooling, and clean air packages that can be prepositioned and deployed when a natural disaster incident occurs.
