The objective of this RFI is to:
(1) Establish the potential methods of gathering information relevant to options for, and the feasibility of, reducing greenhouse gas emissions that result from materials used in building construction, specifically in the context of Oregon's statewide building code structure.
(2) Establish the expertise or qualifications necessary to find this information.
(3) Establish the methodology by which this information can be best organized and delivered to the Agency.
(4) Gather the necessary information for an effective solicitation and resulting contract that will be used by Agency for the legislative report.
