Project Description
The City of Eugene is requesting Letters of Interest from suppliers that outline administration of the following products and services:
Leave of Absence Administration to include FMLA, State FML, Federal and State Military, and Company Sponsored Leaves; State Paid Family and/or Medical Leave tracking (Corporate and State-Mandated policies); Reverse Data Feed or API Capabilities (i.e. ATP feeds, Absence Status Updates, Absence Timekeeping Entries); Paid Leave Oregon Fully Insured Equivalent Plan; Fully Insured Employer Paid Long-Term Disability; Voluntary Portable Life Insurance.
Upon review of the Letters of Interest and Questionnaire, the City may negotiate and directly contract with a vendor based on received responses.
