General Description: The Port of Newport is requesting competitive quotations for the Rogue Seawall repair and stabilization project as described in the project documents. Scope of Work: Provide all labor, material, tools, lift equipment, supervision (min one company employed, full time foreman), submittals, manuals and incidentals necessary to complete all work implied by the attached scope of work you are quoting. Any deviations taken by bidder to the terms, conditions, plans, specifications, codes, etc of this RFQ shall be clearly stated and included as an attachment to the Bid Form.
