The purpose of this Intermediate RFP is to look for a highly skilled Facilitator who is dynamic, can adapt well to quickly changing situations, and is able to guide the Modernizing Grant Funding and Contracting Task Force (Task Force) to achieve desired results in the least amount of time with a high degree of collaboration. The Task Force consists of 2 legislators; 13 state agency, nonprofit, private foundation representatives; and a number of agency staff support.
