The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for selective demolition of a 1984 era Maintenance Building and construction of an approximately 4,800 square feet Crew Room, Storage Areas and related spaces including infrastructure such as communications, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, mechanical and other work for the benefit of ODOT.
