Contractor Personnel will work closely with District Staff, to move the DocuWare
application from the on-premise server to the cloud and provide ongoing support and management of the
application. Contractors will be authorized dealers of the DocuWare application. Contractors will be
highly trained and experienced at providing service and support for the DocuWare application.
The DocuWare application must be in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and
student privacy laws, in addition to the performance standards described in the RFP documents. Any
proposer must be an eligible service provider willing to complete the necessary communications and
paperwork associated with the DocuWare Application.
