OMD has continued, long-term need for Environmental Compliance Training (ECT) Program Services and Selign Learning Management Services (LMS) Services to support the training needs and requirements of its target audience (i.e. Marines, Airforce, Army, Navy, National Guard, state and federal employees, and contractors). This Special Procurement Notice seeks the ability to either amend the existing contract W912JV21C3010 up to an additional 10-years or to directly award and negotiate a new Master Agreement with LRS Federal, LLC for continued ECT Program and Selign LMS Services.
