The requested services will include developing evaluation plans; designing, conducting and facilitating evaluation processes; meetings with contracting staff; convening partner groups; coordinating survey and data collection review processes; designing data briefs, reports and presentations, training OHA and other staff in evaluation methods, leading grant funded evaluation needs; and providing final data sets and products, including data processing documentation, descriptions of methods, findings and process improvement recommendations.
