The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to establish a Contract for the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Laboratory and Environmental Assessment Division (LEAD) located in Hillsboro, Oregon for the maintenance and service of multiple Abraxis Cyanotoxin Automated Assay System (CAAS) instruments configured to analyze environmental samples for cyanotoxins. The contract will also allow DEQ to purchase customer serviceable parts and consumables on an as needed basis.
