Two (2) biomass boilers were installed at Rees Training Center (formerly Camp Umatilla) in 2020. To support the 2023/2024 heating season, Agency requires a Contractor to supply and deliver 390 tons of premium grade Biomass Fuel Pellets by November 17, 2023. The intent is for the Contractor to supply and deliver the Biomass Fuel Pellets in complete loads. See attached Request for Quote for complete information.
