This RFP is for consulting and technical assistance services to expand and improve Oregon's homeless services system. Agency is seeking to create a pool of qualified consultants to work toward this goal by providing varied forms of training and technical assistance for Agency staff as well as Agency's grantees and subgrantees. Technical assistance may involve, but will not be limited to: brief and targeting individualized assistance; large group trainings; and webinars.
