It is the intent of the City of Eugene to participate in the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) AM10-23 to purchase three (3) Ford F450 Life Line Superliner Ambulances through an interstate cooperative procurement pursuant to City of Eugene Administrative Rule 44-23-01-F, Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279A.220, and OAR 137-046-0430. H-GAC conducted a competitive request for proposals process resulting in a contract allowing cooperative procurements. The estimated amount of this procurement is $1,261,942.
