The work is as follows: To redesign the existing roof structure. The roof history is that in July 2003 the single family residence was substantially renovated to become the more than 4,200 square foot facility. At that time part of the existing roof area was merged with a new roof area. The existing pitch is causing leaks and the new roof pitch has to be increased for drainage purposes.
