Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for construction of two asphalt concrete shared-use paths and associated improvements, and performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents.

The Work consists of improvements at two separate locations: Park at Merryfield, and Boones Ferry Park. As of the Bid Advertisement Date, the Work at the separate locations is intended to be completed successively, with the Boones Ferry Park location first and the Park at Merryfield location second. Due to grant funding, construction for Boones Ferry Park Trail must be completed by June 25, 2024 and construction for the Park at Merryfield Trail must be completed by December 15 2024.

The Park at Merryfield Trail project requires a Wetland Fill Permit. The permit is in process and has not been issued. Construction Notice to Proceed will not be provided at this site until the permit is issued.
