The proposed work consists of installation of new submersible pumps; a new standby generator; electrical upgrades; flow and level instrumentation; SCADA controls; valve vaults; site improvements; and performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents.

All proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished in the Charbonneau Lift Station Rehabilitation contract documents and each must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for faithful performance of the contract in the amount of 100% of the contract price.

Bidders must be qualified by the City of Wilsonville, in compliance with Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 279C.375(3), in order to bid on this Project. Bidders must have responded to the Request for Qualifications, published September 29 and October 2, 2023, and qualified for the Charbonneau Lift Station Rehabilitation (“Project”) in compliance with Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 279C.430 in order to submit a bid. The selection process was completed on or about October 31, 2023.
