Requesting Proposals and seeks to hire a qualified design team to build upon and complete the neighborhood park concept plan prepared for a 2.93 acre site located in the Frog Pond West Neighborhood. The site is located immediately east of the future Frog Pond Primary School, a new facility being constructed by the West Linn-Wilsonville School District. The general location is north of Boeckman Road and west of Stafford Road.
The Project includes advancing the concept plan through creation of Design Development plans, obtaining land use entitlements with the Development Review Board, preparation of Construction Documents for permitting and bidding, permitting assistance, bid assistance and Construction Administration through closeout. A wetland delineation and tree survey have been prepared, however there is no other data that has been collected (i.e. topographic survey) that can be used for this project.
