Public Library Marketing Plan
Summary

The City of Tualatin is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms to develop a marketing plan that is aligned with the Tualatin Public Library’s strategic plan. Proposals will be received until 3:00 pm local time, Friday, October 14, 2022, via email to rcontreras@tualatin.gov .

No proposal will be considered unless fully completed in a manner provided in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) packet. Any proposal received after the closing time will not be accepted or considered.

RFP packets may be downloaded from https://bids.tualatinoregon.gov or obtained in person at the City of Tualatin’s Administrative Office, located at 18880 SW Martinazzi Ave., Tualatin, OR 97062.

Proposers are required to certify non-discrimination in employment practices, and identify resident status as defined in ORS 279A.120. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy.

The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
